Abstract Acrylic and Mixed Media Paint Classes

4 Class Sessions
In this class, you will explore the endless possibilities of acrylic and mixed media painting with an emphasis on abstract art. Guided by self-taught artist Nolan Patterson, you will learn techniques to create dynamic and multidimensional compositions that convey a sense of raw emotion and energy.

You will learn the basics of acrylic painting and mixed media techniques, including blending colors, creating texture, and layering. You will have the opportunity to experiment with a variety of materials such as pastels, charcoal, and colored pencils to build up the surface and add depth.

Whether you’re an experienced artist or new to painting, Nolan’s class provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment to explore your creativity and experiment with different techniques. At the end of the class, you will leave with a unique piece of art that reflects your own personal style.
